Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.

SEASON

Sentosa Private Villas and Spa Bali defines "seasons" as follow:

Low Season:

6th January - 19th July 2010
21st September - 23rd December 2010
6th January 2011 - 31 March 2011

High Season:

20th July - 20th September 2010 and 24th December 2010 - 5th January 2011 (Christmas and New Year period)

PAYMENTS - A valid credit card is required by Sentosa Private Villas and Spa, Bali to guarantee a reservation.

This guarantee may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending Sentosa Private Villas and Spa, Bali a credit card guarantee via fax.
Credit card details held by Sentosa Private Villas and Spa, Bali will only be debited in the event of late cancellations, no-shows and to secure a booking with a one night's deposit.

• Rates are exclusive of 21% government tax and service charges.
• Surcharges are applicable for certain periods.
• Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• A one night's deposit will be charged to confirm bookings.
• Low Season periods are 6th January - 19th July 2010; 21st September - 23rd December 2010; and 6th January 2011 - 31st March 2011
• High Season periods are 20th July - 20th September 2010 and 24th December 2010 - 5th January 2011 (Christmas and the New Year)
• In the event of cancellation 30 days (in Low Season) and 45 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night's accommodation.
• In the event of cancellation 14 days (in Low Season) and 21 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from the total accommodation charge.
• In the event of cancellation 5 days (in Low Season) and 7 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to full charges for the total booking.
• "No Shows" will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to full charges for the total booking.
• "Early Departures", will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to full charges for the total booking.

Please note that guarantee payments by Traveller's Cheques, other currencies or personal cheques will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season

A one night cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival.  In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Any cancellation 5 days prior to arrival or in the event of a "No Show", full charges will be applied.

High Season

A one night cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival.  In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Any cancellation 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of a "No Show", full charges will be applied.
