Wellness Programme

The Wellness Programme at Luxe Gym combines personal training with nutritional guidance. Clients undergo a consultation outlining goals and a personal life schedule is created incorporating exercise and diet. All aspects of training are thoroughly monitored and very specific. Daily activity is accurately balanced with correct food consumption and optional nutritional support of imported world class dietary supplements.

A diary helps to evaluate progress outside of the gym environment and ensures that any diversions from a client’s goal are quickly countered with positive solutions. Ideal food consumption and preparation is significant to the success of the programme and is addressed in detail.
